Jorge Humberto Dias was the Mentor of the 1st Philosophy Summit in the world, which took place in Lisbon in 2019. He was an external expert of the 219 Technical Commission for Organizational Happiness and Well-Being (IPQ/APEE), which published the 1st Standard in the world in Portugal for organizational well-being and happiness management system (2023). He has taught at Universidad de Sevilla, Universidad de Barcelona, Escuela Europea de Negócios de Barceona (Spain), Universidad Vasco de Quiroga and CECAPFI (Mexico), ISEG - University of Lisbon, University of Algarve, University of Minho and ISLA Santarém (Portugal). Currently, he teaches at the Instituto Universitário Atlântica (Portugal) and coordinates the Corporate Social Responsibility Office. He has taught the following Curricular Units: Ethics, Happiness and Well being Management, Happy Schools, Philosophical Consulting, History of Applied Philosophy, Research Methodology I and II, Applied Philosophy to the Actor, Happiness 5.0, Sports Ethics, Corporate Social Responsibility, Adaptability, Achievement Orientation, Optimism and Organizational Counciousness. He has coordinated Advanced Training on Organizational Happiness and People Management, Bioethics, Philosophical Counseling and Positive Leadership and Happiness 5.0. He currently coordinates the Research Project "Perspectives on Happiness. Contributions to Portugal in the World Happiness Report (UN)" (Portuguese Catholic University, 10/2017-8/2020). He has been an ambassador for the National Plan for Sports Ethics (2014-2023). Now is a national trainer. He coordinates the Happy Schools project at the Ministry of Education (DGAE / Atlântica). He works with UNESCO, helping other countries in the creation of Happy Schools Programmes. In 2006 he published his 1st book: "Think well, live better. Philosophy applied to Life". Recently, he coordinated 5 volumes of articles on happiness applied to various fields of study. He has been invited to give lectures, consultancy and training in various organizations: SONAE, SL & Benfica, Sair da Casca, Fidelidade, General Secretariat of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, Critical Techworks, APEE, Systemic, Soluções Direta, etc. He has publications in several languages: English, Spanish, Russian and Italian. He has collaborated with Kangwon Nacional University (South Korea), University of Memphis (USA), Centro Claretiano (Brazil), Pragma Society (Italy), Universidad Nacional Abierta e a Distancia (Colombia), etc. He considers himself a very happy person, loves his family and has personal projects: child's education and volunteering for people with difficulties. At the moment, he is preparing a new advanced training with the aim of creating an App that will help Organizations to apply the Standard of Well-Being and Happiness. He is also writing a book about Happiness 5.0.
