EDUPLIUS is an NGO established in 2016. The need of establishing such an organisation came from a desire to create stronger connections between young people and the world of enterprises by equipping young people with necessary competences for taking a lead and planning and running own initiatives. NGO involves experienced staff who has been working in youth field for many years and collected necessary skills and knowledge to run non formal activities.

After seven years from the launch Eduplius has developed into an educational company with a few departments:

  1. STEAM education
  2. Career guidance
  3. UX/UI studio

To achieve its objectives, EDUPLIUS offers a range of programs and services in the fields of science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics (STEAM). These programs aim to provide students with a comprehensive education in these subjects and help them develop the skills and knowledge necessary for successful careers in these fields.

In addition to STEAM education, EDUPLIUS also provides career guidance to young people, helping them to explore different career options and make informed decisions about their future. The organization’s UX/UI studio provides young people with hands-on experience in designing user experiences and interfaces for websites, apps, and other digital products.

Through its various programs and services, EDUPLIUS is committed to empowering young people and helping them to achieve their full potential. By providing them with the tools and resources they need to succeed, EDUPLIUS is helping to create a more equitable and just society for all.

In order to reach as many young people as possible, EDUPLIUS partners with a variety of organizations and institutions, including schools, universities, and local businesses. These partnerships allow EDUPLIUS to provide its programs and services to a wide range of young people, regardless of their background or economic situation.

In addition, EDUPLIUS is constantly evolving and adapting its programs and services to meet the changing needs of young people and the world of work. This commitment to innovation and flexibility has helped EDUPLIUS to become a leading provider of STEAM education, career guidance, and UX/UI training.

EDUPLIUS is also dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusion in all of its programs and services. The organization recognizes that young people come from a variety of backgrounds and experiences, and it works to ensure that all students have equal access to its programs and resources.

In addition, EDUPLIUS recognizes the importance of community involvement in its mission. The organization works with local communities to involve young people in meaningful and impactful initiatives that help to build stronger, more connected communities. This helps to foster a sense of civic responsibility and encourages young people to get involved in their communities and make a positive difference.

Finally, EDUPLIUS is committed to measuring its impact and evaluating its programs to ensure that it is making a positive difference in the lives of young people. The organization regularly collects feedback from students, teachers, and other stakeholders to assess the effectiveness of its programs and identify areas for improvement.

Overall, EDUPLIUS plays a critical role in helping young people to navigate the rapidly changing world of work and prepare for the careers of the future. By providing them with the skills and competencies they need to succeed, EDUPLIUS is helping to build a better future for all.
